Water - Reporting Requirements

Annual Filings

Regulated water utilities are required to report specific information to the Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) annually. This is done to ensure utilities are following the guidelines required by the Oregon Administrative Rules for Water Utilities and Wastewater Utilities.
