For each agenda item, the time listed is approximate. Anyone interested in a particular agenda item is encouraged to give ample time and listen in to the meeting at least 30 minutes before the approximate agenda item time.
Public Comment, Written and Verbal
OWEB encourages public comment on any agenda item.
Written Comment
Written comments for the January 25-26, 2022 board meeting should be sent to
April Mack. Written comments received by Thursday, January 20, at 4:00 p.m. will be provided to the board in advance of the meeting.
Verbal Comment
Verbal comments are limited to three minutes, and will be heard in the public comment period (Agenda Items C, F, G, and M) on each day of the board meeting.
Tips for Commenting
To provide verbal comment, you must email
April Mack by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 24 and provide the following information:
- Your first and last name,
- The topic of your comment, and
- The phone number you will be using when calling the meeting. Also, note if the phone is a landline and you prefer to be scheduled for public comment early to avoid long distance phone call charges.
If special physical, language, or other accommodations are needed for this meeting, please advise
April Mack as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
