Supporting documentation to verify the PDH units recorded on your online CPD Form must be retained for five (5) years. See OAR 820-010-0635 for details.
Can I renew my expired license online?
Licenses expired for more than one biennial renewal period (two years) cannot be renewed online. If your license is expired for more than two years, please contact OSBEELS staff.
How do I renew my license?
We are excited to announce during the upcoming renewal cycle, registrants will be able to complete and submit their renewal applications online via our new agency system, MyOSBEELS! The new system features secure online processes and payments, application tracking, and instant updates to your registrant profile.Please create your new online account at https://online.myosbeels.org. Your renewal must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) of the expiration date or it will be considered late. A delinquent fee of $80.00 will be assessed the first day following the expiration date of your license. As a result of submitting your renewal application online, you do not need to mail your renewal application or payment to the Board office.
Can I pay over the telephone?
We cannot accept credit/debit cards over the telephone. Payments for online renewals must be submitted within the new agency system, MyOSBEELS.
How long will it take to process my renewal?
3-7 business days. Renewal dates will be updated immediately upon application approval.
If I am Active-Military, how do I request Active-Military status?
Do I need to need to enroll in MyOSBEELS in order to submit my online application within the system?
Yes, registrants will need to enroll in the system and verify their profile prior to being able to submit their online application. Simply follow the enrollment instructions at https://online.myosbeels.org to enroll and verify your account. When can I renew my registration?
Renewal email reminders will be sent out 90, 60 and 30 days prior to the renewal date. A green renewal button will populate in the user dashboard once the renewal window opens.

To change only your address or preferred contact information, please log in to your MyOSBEELS account to update at https://online.myosbeels.org/To change your name, address, and/or order a re-print of your certificate, please fill out the Name/Address Change & Certificate Reprint Form and submit to the Board office at osbeels.info@osbeels.oregon.gov.
