Positive thinking can help with stress management. Practicing optimism as opposed to pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being and produce better outcomes in the workplace. Supporting and encouraging a positive workplace helps to create a more productive atmosphere and enhance learning opportunities. Positive practices may include varied content and can range from managers encouraging their employees' strengths to sharing positive stories with co-workers. Practicing positivity can be demonstrated by being kind to one another, offering humor when appropriate, being creative in the way you think about assignments or projects, and staying open to others' thoughts and ideas. You can make a difference through innovation, teamwork, and being mindful in the workplace.

Focus on Positive Words

I am grateful.

I am capable.
