Requirements and Reports for Developers

OHCS requires partners to report their use of Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID)-certified and non-COBID firms that meet the criteria for MWESB/SDVBE to increase the participation of these firms in the development process. OHCS also encourages partners to provide information about becoming certified. OHCS also encourages the use of local labor and partnering with the community to help build healthy, affordable homes, which addresses OHCS’ goal of increasing apprenticeship or other training programs in Oregon and improvement economic and social vitality.
