Participating in IHA

If your previous home was damaged or destroyed by the 2020 Labor Day wildfires or straight-line winds, the ReOregon Intermediate Housing Assistance (IHA) program may be right for you.

IHA is initially prioritizing renters who are were receiving funds from Oregon’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA2), if they qualify, and may be available to other eligible households later in 2025.

How to apply to IHA

To apply to IHA, you must work with your local community action agency (CAA) to complete an application and submit proof of income.
