Statewide Recall
On a monthly basis, ALERT IIS produces a Statewide Recall report including all 22-month-old children who are past the recommended date for immunizations. Part of the statewide recall process is giving medical providers an opportunity to review the patients on the recall list in order to update patient demographics and immunizations. We’ve create a Tipsheet that provides a quick review of the process for opening the report.

The Ad Hoc Count Report function in ALERT IIS allows the user to create customized reports for one-time use. There are two versions of the report: Count and List. This tipsheet gives a quick overview of the items, factors and filters used to set up a custom report.
Ad Hoc Count Report - Determine number of doses given for ordering vaccine (flu prebook) Filters within the Ad Hoc Count Reporting function help to narrow a search by date, vaccine group, and other factors. The count type of report can be used to determine the amount and types of flu vaccine that an organization used in past flu seasons, which can be used to estimate amount and types of flu vaccine needed for the next flu season.
Ad Hoc List Report – Review list of active patients Manage your patient population by running a list of patients who are active with your clinic, reviewing the list, and marking patients who no longer receive care at your clinic as inactive in ALERT IIS. |
