Below are data resources provided by the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Section (HPCDP) of the Public Health Division

Priority Populations

Includes data on alcohol, cannabis and tobacco by race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and rural residency.

Student Wellness Survey

Includes state and county reports for 6th, 8th and 11th graders. Note that the Student Wellness Survey ended in 2018. There is no new data.

Adult Alcohol & Cannabis Use

Includes any alcohol use, binge drinking, heavy drinking and cannabis use.

Includes state data on ease of availability, friend or parental disapproval, use and perceived risks from substances for 6th, 8th and 11th graders.

Includes use of commercial tobacco products, exposure to secondhand smoke and information on desire and support to quit smoking.
