Overview
OHA is partnering with behavioral health leaders in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties to launch a regional behavioral health collaborative (RBHC) in the Portland, tri-county area.
-
The goal of the RBHC is to bring together multiple sectors across the community to collectively address and prevent behavioral health challenges with a focus on activities that can make an impact in 12 to 24 months.
-
RBHC participants include, but are not limited to, Health Share of Oregon, county leadership, tribes, individuals with lived experience, providers, culturally specific organizations and other key system partners in the region.
The RBHC has chosen to focus on peer-delivered services and substance use disorder for the first 12 to 24 months. Participants will develop an action plan that describes the specific RBHC goals, strategies and approaches to measuring progress on outcomes.
