Program Curriculum and Dates

Program Details

A cohort of 20-25 individuals will participate in educational sessions with local, state and national subject matter experts in health equity, diversity and inclusion.

Participants will:

receive intensive training, coaching, and tools for practical application of skills.
engage in authentic conversations that deepen learning and growth.
interact with representatives from all health care sectors to expand understanding of health inequities and collaborate on solutions.
build relationships to increase communication and partnership beyond the program.
develop a project to implement within their organizations and present at the conclusion of the course.
receive consultative support to develop and incorporate health equity policies and practices within organizational structures.

The 2025 sessions are scheduled for following dates. Sessions will be in-person and will either be one or two full-day sessions, as noted below. Dates are subject to presenter availability:

Friday, August 1 (final presentations & graduation)

*Thursday, March 6^th will be held as a make-up session if one of the previous sessions is canceled (due to inclement weather, presenter availability, etc.).

We will try to hold in-person sessions in different locations around Oregon based on cohort members' location.
