DELTA Advisory Committee
Cohort members are selected by the DELTA Advisory Committee and the internal DELTA advisory and program teams based on their ability to effect systemic change.
Candidates selected into the program have demonstrated their:
- commitment to eliminating health inequities in Oregon.
- desire to participate in this transformational health equity leadership program.
- readiness for participation based on curriculum of this program.
- willingness to have authentic conversations that push growth and learning with people at different places along their own equity journey.
- ability to implement or significantly influence meaningful changes in policies, programs and practices that reduce the barriers to health equity.
The Advisory Committee is comprised of program alumni and health equity experts from Oregon community-based organizations, health systems, and Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs).
