Meetings

These meetings occur four times a year in February, April, September and November, with executive committee meetings occurring in March, June, August, October, and December. The 2025 schedule will be confirmed at the February 2025 COACT Meeting.

These meetings are hybrid and also take place the Redmond Public Works Training Room (243 E. Antler Ave, Redmond).

Leadership and Work Program

Leadership
Chair, vice-chair and executive committee. Executive committee meets bi-monthly to develop agendas for COACT.
 
Staffing
ODOT contracts staff support from Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council.
 
Work Program
Develop integrated long-range transportation plan for area; prioritize STIP projects; provide educational programs about ODOT; evaluate U.S. 97 becoming an interstate or expressway; and conduct regional transportation forum.
