How We Help
To offer our best customer service to everyone, we provide American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken language interpretation, as well as written translation of forms and documents for all our programs and services.
Through our partnership with Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), we offer verbal interpretation and written translation services for customers who speak limited English, along with American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation to help facilitate accurate and efficient communication for deaf and hard-of-hearing needs.
We give our best effort to provide requested services within three business days' notice of the date the request is made, however more time may be required to arrange for specific requests to be fulfilled.

Written Language Assistance Service
Written Language Assistance Service is the translation of documents from one language to another. We are proactively translating our primary documents into frequently encountered languages for limited English proficiency (LEP) customers.

Translated Forms
Written translation services are available upon request. To request this service, identify the form(s) you need translated and contact our
CCD Forms and Records Team. Please be sure to provide the full title and form number for the document(s) you need translated.
How long does it take to get a translated document?
Once IRCO has received the translation request, documents should be translated and completed within one week of the service request, however certain documents may take longer.
