The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) provide a report to the Legislature every even-numbered year. These reports provide updates on our individual and combined efforts to improve outcomes for Tribal children and families, and to make sure our systems meet the requirements of the Oregon Indian Child Welfare Act (ORICWA).
These reports share how ODHS partners with and delivers human services to the Nine Federally Recognized Tribes of Oregon, Tribal communities, and American Indian and Alaska Native people through the state.
