Executive session special meeting of the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission

The Oregon Environmental Quality Commission will meet from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2022, for an executive session special meeting. The executive session will be held by Zoom and is being held pursuant to the authorities of ORS 192.660(2)(a): To consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. During the executive session, commissioners will discuss the timelines and next steps for the DEQ Director recruitment process.
Executive sessions are closed to the public; however, media representatives may attend executive sessions by request. Media representatives may not report on any of the discussion or content of the session other than the general subject of the session as previously announced. Media representatives may request access to the executive session by emailing Stephanie Caldera by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022.
