The state's biennial Affirmative Action Report serves as a comprehensive review of Oregon’s efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring promotion and workplace practices. Key components of the report often include workforce demographics and statistical analysis of hiring, promotions and separations. It also includes identification of underrepresented groups and addressing disparities. The Affirmative Action Report helps us remain accountable, identify areas for growth and demonstrate commitment to equitable employment practices.
