WEX uses National Automobile Club (NAC) for emergency after-hours or weekend assistance.

To use NAC through the WEX virtual assistant, call 800-842-0071. Have the vehicle's WEX fuel card ready to provide the card numbers.

To reach NAC directly call 833-622-7377. Identify your agency/company as State of Oregon.

Any charges incurred will invoice DAS Fleet Administration. The agency will be billed on the monthly motor pool invoice.

The following guidelines are to be used in the event of an after-hours need for assistance. This includes weekends and holidays and would primarily be used for unforeseen mechanical failure.

In any true emergency, call 9-1-1.

For non-emergency assistance, please call 503-378-2900.  Every attempt will be made to answer your call. If you receive voicemail, please leave a message.

The WEX fuel card is not to be used for routine preventative maintenance or inspection services. Its intended use is for fuel and emergencies only.  Should you have an emergency repair after-hours or weekend, please call 800-378-0077 on the next business day to notify the DAS Field Services of repair details.
