New funding formula for programs serving older adults
In October 2022, the ODHS State Unit on Aging proposed changes to the Intrastate Funding Formula (IFF) used to determine funding levels for some programs serving older adults. In November 2022, after a 30-day public comment period, the proposed changes were submitted to the Administration for Community Living (ACL). In December 2022 ACL approved Oregon's revised Intrastate Funding Formula.
