2025-27 Job and Work Readiness (JWR) Request for Application (RFA)

Youth Development Oregon (YDO) is excited to announce the OPENING of the 2025-2027 Job and Work Readiness (JWR) Request for Application (RFA).

The purpose of the JWR Grant is to provide job and work readiness programming and services to youth ages 16-24 who are out of school, unemployed/underemployed, reengaged, and/or have demonstrated barriers to education and workforce access, in order to increase training and support for them to have foundational skills and educational completion that position and prepare them for living-wage career opportunities and self-sufficiency.
