The board created a hiring committee on Jan. 16, 2025, with delegated authority to interview executive director candidates for the Universal Health Plan Governance Board (UHPGB). The committee consists of UHPGB members Chairperson Helen Bellanca, Vice Chairperson Judy Richardson, and Bruce Goldberg, and UHPGB staff member Jennifer Donovan. The committee is supported by Department of Consumer and Business Services Talent Management Coordinator Courtney Domina.
