Change reporting frequency

Each organization has a set reporting frequency selected to closely mirror its payroll frequency. Regular reports containing wage and contribution records are submitted on pre-set report dates and released to PERS within three business days. To change your reporting frequency:

1. Ensure that all your Regular reports are submitted and 100% posted.
2. Email or mail a written request to your Employer Service Center representative. The request must state your current reporting frequency and the frequency to which you'd like to switch (frequencies are listed on the Regular Report Dates webpage). The request must be signed by a reporting official at your organization (e.g., CEO, CFO, Director, School Administrator).
