Contact your ESC representative for help with EDX reporting.
ESC representatives are organized into three teams to address specific employer-reporting issues. Click the name of the relevant team below to open a list of phone numbers and email addresses.
If your account representative is not available, you can contact any member of your ESC account team with questions about EDX records and reports.

Look up the last four digits of your ESC representative’s phone number below, then follow these instructions to avoid long-distance charges.
- Dial 1-888-320-7377.
- Wait for the third option, “If you know the extension of the person you are calling or to access the company directory ...” and press 3.
- At the prompt, enter the last four digits of the team member’s phone number, and then press the # key. Leave a message if there is no answer.
