Employer EDX Regular report dates

Regular reports (i.e., Wage and Contribution Reports) are due on specific dates that are assigned to employers to match their pay date frequency most closely. There are four Regular report frequencies: monthly, twice a month, every two weeks, and weekly.

Reporting frequency

• Monthly - the pay period ends on the last day of the month.
• Semi-monthly - the pay period ends on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month.
• Weekly - the pay period ends Friday of every week.
• Bi-weekly - the pay period ends every other Friday.

To change your reporting frequency

1. Ensure that all your Regular reports are submitted and 100% posted.
2. Email or mail a written request to your Employer Service Center representative. The request must be signed by a reporting official at your organization (e.g., CEO, CFO, Director, School Administrator).
