Step by Step: How to Login to the OSBN Edvera Portal

Active nursing assistant and medication aide education programs may access the Portal to submit applications for new education sites, faculty, and program applications.

1. Click OSBN-NA (edvera.com) (or copy/paste link into address bar: https://osbn-na.edvera.com/).  
2. When you login for the first time, you will need to select "Forgot Password" and Edvera will send you an email to reset the password.  
   
3. Password set up: The password needs to be at least eight characters long and cannot contain common words, repeating numbers, any part of the user's name or email address. 
   
   
4. Once you are logged in, you will be on your Dashboard page.  Begin by clicking the "Document" link located on the blue bar at the top.
   
   
   
5. When you reach the Documents page, select whichever document you want to work on from the dropdown menu.

• Document Submission Form
  
  
6. Once you've completed the application, survey, or form, click "Submit."
