PE branch exemption for NCEES exams

Statement of Need:
To correct the filing for the January 14, 2025 language. The permanent filing did not include the language that was Noticed on 11/13/2024 and approved by the Board on 1/14/2025.  The language includes an exemption for the branch of the PE Exam for applicants who have passed an NCEES PE exam before October 2010 and have provided official verification of a passed NCEES PE Exam. This helps to reduce a barrier to licensure for applicants whose initial examining jurisdiction does not have complete exam records or did not record the branch of NCEES PE exam.
