Technical Advisors

Technical Advisors are OHCS staff who are available to help developers:

  • Navigate the new Oregon Centralized Application (ORCA) system
  • Access resources including OHCS Predevelopment Loans, Capacity Building grants, consultant referrals
  • Build relationships with OHCS that support current projects and future pipeline

Technical Advisors may be requested or assigned to assist a developer at Intake. Technical Advisors can be reached at Technical.Advisors@hcs.oregon.gov.

Due to current staff capacity, Technical Advisors will prioritize support for set-aside eligible developers – culturally specific organizations, non-profit sponsors of rural projects, and Tribal housing organizations, as requested.

Production analysts will be assigned when final funding commitments are made. If you need to get connect with a developer or developer consultant to assist with your project, go to the Affordable Rental Housing Partner Database.
