Resident concerns

Residents of affordable housing monitored by OHCS: Share a concern about your property

Property managers, property owners, resident services, local government, tenants, and public funders, including OHCS, all have roles to play in maintaining affordable housing buildings and addressing concerns. Many times, as a public funder, OHCS plays a limited role in resolving issues. Different types of issues are handled by different parties. For example, if you have a concern or question about day-to-day operations of your building, like lease agreements, maintenance, or building upgrades, contact your property manager first.
