The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provides an opportunity to apply for loans and grants. OHCS awards these funds through an annual allocation process.

Application Materials

All applicants must fill out a pre-application prior to submitting a full application.

Within one week after the pre-application is received, OHCS will grant the Applicant access to the full application in the Procorem system. The following files represent the other application components but are for reference only.

The 2024 NOFA has closed. The following information is for reference only and will be updated with the launch of the 2025 NOFA.

Of the $45,200,000 issued in NOFA #2024-HOD, $39,623,353 LIFT and $5,016,873 LIFT Supplemental were awarded to 15 projects creating 298 affordable units. The remaining $376,647 LIFT funds will be reissued through the 2025 NOFA. The remaining $183,127 LIFT Supplemental funds will be recycled into the Homeownership section to support other ongoing projects.
