Income limits per county
To qualify for some ReOregon programs, your household income must meet specific thresholds based on the area median income (AMI) in your county. Income limits are provided for 80%, 100%, and 120% of AMI. Use the chart below to determine your eligibility:
What is considered a household?
A household includes most people living under the same roof. However, the following individuals do not count as household members:
- Foster children
- Live-in aides, employees, or their children
- Unborn children (only considered for bedroom count)
- Children being pursued for legal custody or adoption who are not currently living in the home
- Tenants
- Temporary household members
