Unwinding the Federal Public Health Emergency: This March 2023 report to the Oregon Legislature explains how the state will complete renewals. It also summarizes changes that will occur once the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ends.
Plans for Prioritizing and Distributing Renewals: This March 2023 report to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services explains how Oregon will:
- Distribute renewals and
- Ensure members only lose coverage if they no longer qualify.
