What are our climate risks?

It’s important to acknowledge that priorities could shift over time as new risks emerge. For this reason, it’s helpful to take an "all hazards" planning approach whenever possible. All hazards planning focuses on developing capacities and capabilities that are critical for addressing a wide range of potential emergencies.
