Wildfire, Smoke, & Air Quality

Recent years have seen an increase in wildfires across the Northwestern United States, particularly in Oregon. Though there is year-to-year variation in the number of acres burned, last decade’s trend has been upward. Across Oregon, wildfire smoke saw increased days associated with poor air quality and health effects.
