Friends and Family Day
One or two times per year, Oregon State Hospital (OSH) hosts a “Friends and Family Day" at the Junction City and Salem campuses. Patients and their friends and family can enjoy a meal at no cost, learn more about the hospital, meet hospital staff, and participate in recreational activities.
Past event activities have included:
- Lunch
- Hospital tours
- Community organization information booths
- OSH department information booths
- Leadership staff meet and greets
- Patient art show
- Games and other recreational activities
- Live music
Activities provided during each event and at each location may vary. Events may be cancelled or postponed if the hospital is under medical restrictions because of communicable disease.
