Triennial Review Results by County
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) reviews most programs for each local public health authority (LPHA) every three years. You can view the triennial review tools here.
Review results, including commendations, compliance findings, and recommendations, are communicated to the governing body of the LPHA and the local public health administrator. OHA works with the LPHA to ensure prompt resolution of all compliance findings.
For more information, please contact the LPHA or the Local and Tribal Public Health Team (lpha.tribes@oha.oregon.gov ).
Note: OHA adds results as they become available.
*Gilliam County began providing public health services to county residents on July 1, 2022; review results are not yet available.
