Oregon Health Authority Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

The Oregon Health Authority Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program is responsible for periodic review and approval of County Ambulance Service Plans (ASPs), with the goal of achieving adequate ambulance service coverage throughout the State of Oregon.

Each county in Oregon is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective provision of ambulance services through the development and enforcement of an Ambulance Service Plan (ORS 682.062).

This page contains resources to assist with understanding, developing, and revising ASPs. Use this page to identify the OHA status of each county's ASP. When OHA has received a certified copy of an ASP, it will be available on this page.
