These trainings are for school staff and child care providers. The trainings cover immunization requirements and how to do the annual immunization reports.


Oregon Immunization Program Training Portal


The Oregon Immunization Program is excited to announce the launch of our new training portal!



Trainings for Schools and Children’s facilities can all be accessed on the new Oregon Immunization Program Training Portal, including the trainings necessary to gain ALERT IIS access. The benefit of using the portal is that participants will receive certificates of completion and be able to keep track of the courses they have taken. The portal is available in English and Spanish.

To start you will be asked to create an account. After logging in, you will be able to access all materials related to Schools and Children’s Facilities by clicking on the “School & Child Care” icon represented by a lunch bag and apple.

2024 Live Trainings for Schools and Children’s Facilities

Register for a live training that will cover immunization requirements, using ALERT IIS, and how to complete the annual immunization reports. Register using the Training Portal or click the links below on the date and time you’d like to attend. By registering through the training portal, you will be able to receive a certificate of completion.
