The Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board, under the Health Licensing Office, has filed a proposed rule with the Oregon Secretary of State.
The proposed rule outlines a process for the provisional registration of a behavior analysis interventionist, a requirement of House Bill 2048 (2023), and will replace the temporary rule that took effect on October 1, 2023, and expires on March 28, 2024.
The proposed rule will be published in the February 2024 Oregon Bulletin.
You are invited to review the proposed rule language and submit comments from February 1, 2024, through 9 a.m. on February 28, 2024. To submit your comments by email, send them to Anne Thompson at: anne.p.thompson@oha.oregon.gov.

Comments will not be accepted or considered if received after 9 a.m. on February 28, 2024.
The permanent rule is scheduled to become permanent on March 28, 2024.
