Board of Certified Advanced Estheticians - Continuing Education

Five (5) continuing education hours every year

Initial Continuing Education (CE): A certification holder is not required to attest to having five (5) hours of annual continuing education until their second renewal. The second and all subsequent renewals require annual attestation of five (5) hours of CE.

To maintain certification, a certified advanced esthetician must complete a minimum of 5 continuing education (CE) hours every certification year. For the current CE requirements, please see Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 819-025-0020 and 819-025-0030.

All five hours of the required CE hours can be taken by way of self-study. Use the Continuing Education Self-Study Verification form to track your hours.
