Online Fee Payment

Paying Your Tanning Registration Fee Online

In an ongoing effort to improve Radiation Protection Service's (RPS) tanning registration fee payment program, we have implemented an electronic payment service to allow tanning registrants to pay on-line allowing the use of a credit or debit card. A nominal transaction fee will be charged by the financial institution to use this service.

In order to utilize the electronic payment system, you MUST have a valid e-mail address on record with RPS.

Your user name is your facility ID #. This is a six digit number starting with 97 located on the bottom left corner of your invoice.

Your temporary password is your facility ID # and the owner's LAST NAME. For example: If your facility number is 970008 and the owner's last name is Smith, your password is 970008Smith. Remember, the password is case sensitive. You will be required to change your password after the first login.

  1. Log into the system
  2. Click on my certificates
  3. Make sure the filter is set to all due (partial payment not accepted)
  4. Click pay now, you will be directed to the credit card vendor page.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
  6. Once you have made your payment you can print your certificates.

Your invoices and tanning device certificates are always available in my documents

If there are changes that need to be made to your device inventory, if you encounter problems, need to update your e-mail address, or have any other questions, contact Alex Parker, Tanning Facility Registrar at (503) 798-3019 or by email at Alexandra.K.Parker@oha.oregon.gov.
