Who should attend: Coordinated care organization (CCO) staff working in health-related services (HRS), the Supporting Health for All through REinvestment (SHARE) Initiative, in lieu of services (ILOS), social determinants of health and equity (SDOH-E) and related spending efforts.

Background: This convening is sponsored by the Oregon Health Authority Transformation Center in partnership with Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network (ORPRN) at Oregon Health & Science University to support CCOs in implementing SHARE, HRS and ILOS.
