Obtaining Your Certificate

How to Access Your Certificate of Completion

For training completed March 12, 2025 or later:

  • You will receive an email automatically upon completing the online course. That email will include a link to access your certificate.
  • You may also log in to the OHA Canvas Catalog training platform anytime after completing training to access the certificate. See details below. 

For training completed before March 12, 2025:

OHA-provided instructions (or link to instructions) for prior-system certificate here. 

For training completed during or after March 12, 2025:

To access your certificate, click the link below to log in to the OHA Canvas Catalog training platform.  


Once logged in, you should see a listing for the training under the Completed tab. The listing will indicate a certificate with a View and Download (certificate) links, as shown below.

Helpful Hint:

If you don’t see the course and certificate listing under the Completed tab, click the In Progress tab, as shown below.

If you find the training listed In Progress, it means you have not yet completed it: Click the blue Go To Course button (under the In Progress listing) to finish.
