Current Status

OHA completed a 30-day preliminary review of this transaction on March 9, 2023. The transaction was approved with conditions. After the transaction was approved, in December 2023 and again in August 2024, Radia and MRG made changes to the terms of the deal. OHA issued a modified order on December 22, 2023 and August 30, 2024.
