Assessing Financial Risk and Prospective Solvency of Oregon CCOs

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regulates CCOs as authorized by Section 3(3) of Senate Bill 1041 (2019). OHA conducts periodic examinations of CCOs that:
  • Follow National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) standards,
  • Assess each CCO's current financial condition, and
  • Monitor risks to each CCO's financial condition and prospective solvency.

This page shares OHA's Risk-Based Examinations Reports for each CCO. OHA posts reports for the most recently examined year(s).
