Changes that have been approved and filed with the Secretary of State within the last six months (approximately).

The most recently adopted rules for Public Meetings Law were published by the Secretary of State's monthly bulletin on October 1, 2024. No other rules have recently been adopted.

Published Rules

These rules are final and have been filed with the Secretary of State. Newly adopted permanent rules will remain posted for 90 days.
