Veoci: Oregon's Continuity of Operations Planning Solution

The Oregon Department of Emergency Management (in partnership with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services) adopted Veoci (Vee-oh-see) to facilitate continuity of operations planning for the State, Local, and Tribal governments. Veoci supports the full life cycle of emergency management, from planning and preparedness to actual response and recovery, and provides the necessary tools and resources for all eligible State and Non-State agencies to develop fully compliant continuity plans and processes, increasing the readiness and resiliency for Oregonians and the whole community.

A portion of the system implementation costs and user licensing is funded by the HSGP for the local/tribal access and remaining costs are covered through general funds.​

All levels of governments within the State of Oregon are eligible to use the VEOCI Continuity platform. Please reach out to OEM.CONTINUITY@oem.oregon.gov​ for access.

State agency users should contact their help desk. Non-State agency users should use the self-service features on the login page.​​

Veoci currently has two roles, Administrator and Member, however an enhancement has been approved to add a third role, Observer, which will allow users to access the Veoci environment for collaboration and provide access to the valuable templates and training within the platform.​​

Navigate to the Veoci login page​. State users will be guided using multi-factor authentication and single sign on. Non state users can click the Forgot Password link to receive a reset email.​
