Environmental Analysis Concurrence Form (Categorical Exclusion/Documented Categorical Exclusion) must be completed for all federally funded projects. These documents are required under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Depending upon construction and ground disturbance, additional environmental analysis will likely be required.
