The Civil Rights and Labor module is used by ODOT to manage compliance with civil rights and labor regulations on construction projects. It helps us:

• Ensure that contractors follow laws regarding:
• Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).
• Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO).
• On the Job Training (OJT).
• Fair labor practices.
• Track data such as workforce demographics, contract goals, and payments to DBEs.
• Monitor and enforce these requirements more efficiently.
• Promote fairness and equity in transportation projects.
