We know what it takes to do this work day-in and day-out, that’s why we’re committed to fostering meaningful participation, safety and well-being for our employees. Many Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) — voluntary, employee-led groups organized around shared cultural identities — are available and play a critical role in fostering belonging at ODHS. ERGs enhance the overall employment experience by supporting historically underrepresented employees, improving the quality of work we produce as an agency .

Through our ERGs, employees build internal supports to create an environment where they feel validated in their experience, safe in expressing themselves and equally valued for the service they provide. This aligns with our RiSE culture, our mission and our Equity North Star.
