Public Notice: Administrative Rule Change

The Board has filed rules to update the Boards

prescription release requirements, to match federal law. The Board also filed proposed rules changes to update

Board compensation to meet the rate defined in Oregon law.

Comments will be received until September 24, 2024 at 3pm.
