Since 1914, the State Library of Oregon has collected and published data on collections, circulation, staffing, facilities, technology, and other statistics from all legally established public libraries in Oregon. The reporting period for public library statistics aligns with the state fiscal year, from July 1 through June 30 each year.
To view, visualize, and download Oregon Public Library Statistics from FY2010-present, please visit our dataset on the Oregon Open Data Portal.
Data from the last several years is also made available in the Excel spreadsheets below. Both sources are updated with data from the most recently completed fiscal year by February 1 each year:
